Zachary (Zach) Altschuler is a Partner at Davidson Kempner. Mr. Altschuler oversees the Firm's Merger Arbitrage team. He joined the Firm in 2006 and is based in the New York office.

Before joining Davidson Kempner, Mr. Altschuler was a Vice President at SG Cowen Securities. Mr. Altschuler received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School. Mr. Altschuler received his B.A. from Yale University.
