Michael Herzog is a Partner at Davidson Kempner. Mr. Herzog oversees the Firm's Merger Arbitrage and Long/Short Equity teams. He joined the Firm in 2001 and is based in the London office.

Before joining Davidson Kempner, Mr. Herzog was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Herzog received a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law and Business Studies with honors, from the University of Birmingham.

Mr. Herzog is a member of the Code Committee of the U.K. Panel on Takeovers and Mergers.
