Michael Chiaramonte is a Partner and Deputy Head of Merger Arbitrage at Davidson Kempner. He joined the Firm in 2018 and is based in the New York office.

Before joining Davidson Kempner, Mr. Chiaramonte was a Portfolio Manager at Folger Hill Asset Management. Mr. Chiaramonte received a B.S., summa cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
