  • Global People Strategy

    Our Global People Strategy (GPS) group seeks to uphold our culture of continuous learning that contributes to employee growth and development, acting as an advisory board for talent management and engagement at the Firm.

  • Employee Resource Groups

    Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that foster inclusion, provide a sense of community, create a safe space for employees to be themselves, and enable employees who may have shared lived experiences or similar demographics to support each other.

    Women@DK, our first ERG, focuses on event programming, allyship building and leadership training to connect colleagues and cultivate a network of support across the firm.

  • DK Pledge!

    DK Pledge! drives our Firm’s philanthropy efforts. By leveraging employee volunteer initiatives and charitable giving, we seek to promote positive change in the communities we belong to. Through dollar-for-dollar donation matching, employees are able to double their impact.
