Davidson Kempner has become aware of unauthorized individuals and entities falsely claiming to be associated with our Firm on various communication channels and platforms. These imposters may engage in a range of unauthorized conduct, including impersonating Davidson Kempner, misusing the genuine names and likeness of Davidson Kempner’s partners and employees, illegally replicating Davidson Kempner’s proprietary content and intellectual property to falsely advertise training courses or platforms that are supposedly affiliated with Davidson Kempner. These are fraudulent schemes and are not authorized by Davidson Kempner in any way.   

Please note that Davidson Kempner’s partners and employees do not contact clients, prospects, or members of the public through social media platforms or messaging applications such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Telegram for business or investment purposes. We do not conduct any investment activities, training courses, or financial services through such unauthorized channels, including chat groups. Davidson Kempner and its partners, employees, and associated individuals are not responsible for any actions, services, or information disseminated by unauthorized individuals, entities or channels. We encourage members of the public to exercise caution when interacting with individuals purporting to represent our Firm.
